The problems with water leaks and terrible damp has led to us leaving the premises and unable to find suitable other sites. Sadly, due to some water ingress affecting our electricity supply, we have had to temporarily close our nursery in Haverfordwest. We are awaiting news from our landlord as to repairs and hope to be operational again soon.
Both settings enjoyed our usual celebrations and fundraising for Children in Need. We managed to raise a wonderful £95.00. Thank you to all.

When the UK was put into lockdown, our Milford Haven site was selected as a HUB setting for key worker families. Our fantastic staff agreed to work and put themselves at risk and so our journey began. We were scared…very scared, but it turned out to be a wonderful summer. With just 4 children in week 1 we progressed to care for 48 children
We apologise for no information on the website for some months. During the lockdown period we had to close the Haverfordwest site and the Milford Haven site remained open as a Hub setting for key workers. With many staff on furlough and some working from home, the website was not accessible. We are now open fully in Milford Haven for all customers and welcome
Today Welsh Government has announced that schools will close on Friday 20th March. Childcare is to remain open until told otherwise by CIW (our inspecting body) or Welsh Government chief medical officer. Happy Days Centres will remain open and can, within its own staffing levels, provide full day childcare to working parents. Children in HAVERFORDWEST enjoyed a visit to Highgrove Residential Home for the elderly. They did colouring and threading. The residents really enjoyed the company with one lovely lady showing the children her own colouring book. We hope to make this a weekly event. Thank you to care home staff who made us feel so welcome
